okay! now its again time of media mashing!
this comes along as the media is attacking…or in a way doin it!…the social networking sites and its side effects!
and that because of the dead of a boy..Adnan was reportedly lured into meeting someone he established contact with on the social networking site Orkut. The boy then disappeared only to be found subsequently strangulated to death.

which has been reportedly getting zillion of scraps from all the web!
okay now why is that its been blammed on orkut! or for that matter of fact any other social networking site? why???/
internet is all about self respect! and that of the respect to the web!
even if orkut or other social networking sites where not there…there were zillions of chat rooms!
what all will be regulated?
n how far will one regulate it?
internet is known for its power of expression!
i dont say its not been used for the wrong thins …but is the point of blaming?
i use orkut…but to keep in touch with friends! in fact i am a member of all the popular social networking sites!
and the sites are mushrooming by the second!
what am trying to put forward here is ….
why blame the system?
why cant the youth be responsible?
what ever we enjoy today is to an extend because of the internet! so why cant everyone be a bit responsible?
its also been pointed out that children addicted to social networking sites lose the talent of interacting with people!
but in this fast paced world is there eventually any time left to really interact?
i dont think so! and see internet as a very good medium! if one uses it responsibly!
you cant blame the system out for one thin or two goin wrong!
just be responsible and to all the media houses stop acting like kids! grow up!
It’s easy to blame technology but what we are seeing on the net is what is happening in the real world.
whether or not Orkut existed tragedies like this could happen because there are a lot of people who don’t have access to the kind of money that flows around but want the lifestyle. There is bound to be friction when two different sets of people meet
